SUMMIT DESIGN PROCESS
Following proven communication and message development strategies, we collaborate with you throughout the design process because great communication is the key to success. We also make sure your project has clearly defined goals. All projects are developed balancing your needs and your users needs. After all, if your site does not work for your audience, it will not work for you.

Strategic Planning
We consider this the most crucial phase of any project. During this stage, we meet with you to learn about your business, your target audience[s] and define their needs and your communication goals. We create a rock solid foundation for your project and establish timelines before we begin the prototyping phase.

Prototyping
After we work together establishing goals and timelines, we begin developing site organization, navigation and design. We gather content and discuss short-term and long-term issues such as maintenance and adding new technology in the future. We create several prototypes and identify what works and does not work with each one. From this, we create a refined design that will become your on-line identity.

Producing and Testing
Next, we create the homepage and internal pages. We add your content while continually testing and refining your site. While we continually test the site for bugs throughout the strategic design process, we conduct a final test on the completed Web site. For example, we test your site on a variety of computer platforms and in different browsers to ensure you have a high-quality, professional Web site.

Launching, Marketing, and Maintaining
This is what we have been working towards together -- launching your site. But launching alone is not enough. We optimize your site for search engines and list it with the major search engines. We help you integrate your Web communications with all your other communication pieces including print, radio and television. We want to let your audience know where they can find you on-line.

Finally, we begin implementing your maintenance plan so you are continually offering your audience what they want and need to keep them coming back.
